“I feel that, especially now, with the Internet and paparazzi and camera phones, it’s so difficult to maintain mystery,” she told the magazine. “And that’s so important. Even in a relationship, I feel like not being that accessible is really important. If you think about Prince or Michael Jackson, or any superstars, you couldn’t see them when they got off their planes or when they got out of the pool and didn’t comb their hair. It’s great that people see we’re not perfect. But it’s almost impossible to have superstars now, because people will never get enough.

$1million in cash

Lil’ Wayne celebrated his 26th birthday down in Miami at the Mansion and got a nice surprise from Baby. Birdman presented Weezy with $1million in cash contained in a brief case. That’s definitely on some real Godfather part 1,2, and 3 ish. Weezy even had a frozen cake with hundred dollar bills in it. They just stuntin’ all the way, and people wonder why so many rappers get robbed for their stacks….

Lil’ Kim, aka surgical addiction, is getting sued yet again. Trackmasters have decided to take her to court for failure to produce an entire album.

An upstart record company is suing raunchy rap diva Lil’ kim for $2 million, saying she tried to weasel her way out of a contract.

In response to Brookland Media’s suit, a Manhattan judge this week temporarily barred her from recording for any other companies.
