Kobe Bryant jumped for joy as time ran down to 00:00, and he captured his 4th Championship of his career and first without Shaquille O’Neal, something that many (haters) speculated would never happen.  Well he proved ALL OF THEM DAMN HATERS WRONG!!! Yea I Said It and MissTX85 being among his BIGGEST HATERS!!!! LOL!  Smurfette they did it homie!!!!  LOL!!!

Tyrese Turns 30

Tyrese celebrated his 30th birthday at Boulevard 3 in Hollywood on Saturday night. In the above picture he is posed with Bishop Kenneth Ulmer and Kenny Lattimore. Tiffany Pollard (New York), Heavy D, Akon, Tank, Vida Guerra, Derek and Candace Fisher, Anita Baker, and John Singleton all came out to help Tyrese celebrate his special day. 2008 ESPY Awards Arrivals

Last night the 2008 ESPY Awards kicked off in LA at the Nokia Theatre. Everyone and they momma associated with sports came out for the festivities. Oscar winner Forest Whitaker was accompanied by his beautiful bony wife Keisha who needs an endorsement deal of mega proportions with Popeyes. Carmelo and Lala showed up strong, Terrell Owens hit the carpet with something new, Kevin Garnett was also on the carpet with a nice young thang. Plenty of pics just enjoy.

Early Predictions???

Ok we all know it’s going down tonight in Boston. What we want to know is what YOU predict will happen. Let’s see if any of our readers are prescient. We know DT and Ms. E are going with Boston. But will they hoist the trophy tonight or is it going to a suspenseful game 7? Will the Lakers win tonight and then finish game 7 with a victory and become the first team in NBA history to come back from a 3-1 deficit? Let us know….

It’s a series again

Last night the Lakers made the series 1-2 as they defeated Boston by 6points, 87-81behind Kobe’s monstrous game. Kobe completely took over the game as his teammates struggled to make baskets. Kobe dropped 36points but the other major reason they walked away with that victory was because of sharp shooter Sasha Vujacic who refers to himself as the machine. We must say he was a sniper last night as he hit some huge clutch 3 pointers and dropped 20points. Bottom line if the Lakers are going to beat Boston the other players are going to have to step up. In other controversial NBA news ex-referee Tim Donaghy made some disturbing allegations that certain past playoff games were fixed by the refs. To read this mess click here.
