Diddy hit with $4million lawsuit for allegedly ordering night club beatdown!!!

Posted by Media Outrage on October 10, 2007

Diddy

Amidst all of the baby momma scandal and media that he has been receiving, now Diddy is once again in legal trouble because he is being sued for $4million for allegedly ordering his body guards to rough up and beat down NYC night club promoter James Waldon.

Waldon says it all started when he spotted Diddy sitting across from him in a booth on June 1, 2007, when he attempted to speak to the Bad Boy mogul. Waldon claims Diddy then gestured to his bodyguards to “forcibly remove” him from the area, claiming that he was punched, kicked and chased around the club. Waldon also suggests that the attack caused him to obtain several injuries, including “bruises, contusions, lacerations … and injuries to his mouth and his teeth.”

Waldon is also holding the trendy Manhattan club where the incident took place responsible because of what he feels was their common knowledge of “Combs’ reputation for, history of, and alleged involvement in violent altercations and confrontations in various premises, lounge and nightclub establishments across the country.” In addition to the amount that he’s seeking from Combs, Waldon is requesting that he be awarded another $500,000 from The Box.

Dag Diddy you just wildin because you’re Rich.

Diddy is also being sued for $19mill by another former Bad Boy associate named James Sabatino who claims that he worked with the late Christopher Wallace aka The Notorious B.I.G.  (We all know Diddy’s infamous reputation for getting work done and then forgetting to sign those checks! Ask Sauce Money.)

Jay Z talks Joe Buddens, R Kelly, and Juelz Santana.

Jay Z

In a recent interview with Allhiphop.com’s Jigsaw Jay Z had a few things to say concerning the future of rapper Joe Budden… here are excerpts from the interview…

AllHipHop.com: Is Joe Budden ever coming out?

Jay-Z: The problem with that is, coming out how? If you just want to throw an album out there then next week you recording [songs] about how we didn’t support it. We could do that. We could do that tomorrow. I don’t think that what he wants. I don’t think that what he needs. Maybe…I don’t know.

AllHipHop.com: At one point he was seen as sort of the heir to Def Jam’s throne so to speak and then you guys had a lil’ something on that song.

Jay-Z: That had never influenced my decisions. You see Beanie has a record with R. Kelly. Juelz Santana has put and album out. I’m way to big of a person to [do that]. I would never block anyone’s blessing, because of any thing personal. If I didn’t want to deal with him, there’s other people there. I mean, why do we have a problem, I freestyled on his record. He probably made his career off of freestyling over other people’s records. If I start freestyling over other people’s records…Lord forbid.

But, I would never block anybody’s blessings. You don’t stay successful like that. Things catch up to you. I believe in that for real. Karma. You can’t just do what the f**k you want…sh***ing on people for no reason.
