Hillary shows her invisible white sheet

Posted by Media Outrage on May 9, 2008

Hillary Clinton who refuses to look into the light and see the big ass steel train coming 200mph at her stepped way out of pocket yesterday in what is probably her last of many many many underhanded attacks at Barack Obama. She disgustingly played the race card, which leaves us to believe that she might have a little nah forget a lot of that old Jim Crow in her. Here’s what this heffah had the nerve to say……

Via Nypost:

Hillary Rodham Clinton played the race card yesterday as she dismissed Barack Obama as a candidate who will have a hard time winning support from “white Americans.”

t was the most starkly racial comment Clinton has made in the campaign, and drew quick condemnation from some Democrats.

She’s been on the defensive ever since Tuesday’s big loss in North Carolina and narrow win in the Indiana primary – dismissing calls to drop out.

“I have a much broader base to build a winning coalition on,” she told USA Today in an interview published yesterday.

She referred to an Associated Press story on Indiana and North Carolina exit polls “that found how Sen. Obama’s support among working, hardworking Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me.”

She added, “There’s a pattern emerging here.”

An analysis of racial breakdowns is always done behind the scenes by campaigns, but it’s rarely discussed by a candidate openly.

The Obama campaign declined comment, referring to spokesman Bill Burton’s statement to USA Today.

Burton, noting that Obama performed strongly among working-class voters in Indiana and did better with whites there than in Ohio, said the Illinois senator will appeal “to Americans from every background and all walks of life.”

“These statements from Sen. Clinton are not true and, frankly, disappointing,” he said.

Clinton’s “white Americans” remark drew a swift rebuke from some superdelegates, and private dismay from several Democrats concerned about reuniting the factionalized party.

Muriel Offerman, a North Carolina superdelegate who has not disclosed her choice, said, “That should not have been said. I think it drives a wedge, a racial wedge, and that’s not what the Democratic Party’s about.”

Asked about Clinton’s comments, Massachusetts superdelegate Debra Kozikowsi said, “That’s distressing. I’m not even sure how to respond to that.”

Also yesterday:

* The Rev. Al Sharpton told NY1 there’s no scenario where Clinton can become the nominee without the “total destruction” of the party, adding, “It’s over . . . Come sing another day, but this show is over, Sen. Clinton.”

* Obama told NBC that he thinks he could wrap up the nomination with enough delegates after the Kentucky and Oregon primaries on May 20, as reports said the campaign plans to “celebrate” victory that day.

* Clinton campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe said the New York senator could quit if she is behind after the last primaries on June 3 – a departure from his previous insistence that she’d fight to the August convention.

* The Clintons called for a meeting with big-time backers at their Washington mansion to take place Wednesday.

* Buzz grew for the two candidates to be on the same ticket, with supporters of both seeing it as a way to heal the party.

* New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine, a Clinton backer, acknowledged she has a “steep” climb.

But Clinton’s national finance chairman, Hassan Nemazee, said the campaign had raised $2 million online and at a fund-raiser since her Indiana win, adding, “That’s indicative of a campaign that’s still able to energize its supporters.”

Mediaoutrage– Even the superdelegates were saying in the best way they know how “bitch you crossed the line and have stepped out of pocket continuously, and if this reporter didn’t have a microphone in my face right now, I would personally call a democratic superdelegate meeting, and invite Bishop Weeks in the back door so we could all follow his lead in Stomp Fest 2008 on your little ironing board blond wig body….HO” See that’s bad when everyone can see how inappropriate that little comment was but she can’t? And she wants to be President of the United States? We know Bill is thinking “this bitch is retarded, dang when is enough enough already?”

She’s gonna come out and say she ‘misspoke’ again and that she is not playing the race card that the Obama camp made her say it or that it was taking out of context.

All that is is that “back woods, lynch a n*gga” mentality coming out of her azz. I didn’t think it would take long. Obama is trying to unify the country and her negative behind is trying to divide it. She gonna mess around and by the end of next week she won’t have any superdelegates, but the few that share her racist views.
