Halle and Gabriel out shopping

Posted by Media Outrage on May 20, 2008

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were spotted shopping at Fred Segal yesterday in Beverly Hills. It’s great to see the two parents doing this together and really creating that necessary family environment for their daughter. We’re anxious to see Halle get back on the big screen. Her next role should be very interesting and one that she will be more than able to portray. But then again with all of her business ventures and endorsements she can afford to stay out of work for a long time.

Mariah to Nick:Get your ass home right now you b*tch ass trick!

Posted by Media Outrage on May 20, 2008

We all know that this past weekend Nick Cannon was out without the wife for like the first time and he was kicking it with Diddy king of the jump-offs and Quincy President, Prince, and King of the young jawns, well the NYPost is reporting that Nick had to end his night early to his dismay and head on home.

Via Nypost:

NICK Cannon learned the meaning of “If you don’t pay, you got no say” this weekend. Mariah Carey‘s new husband was trying to have a boys’ weekend at Saturday’s opening of the MGM Grand at Foxwoods with pals Sean Combs and Quincy Jones when he got a call from Carey. “He was summoned home by her at 1 in the morning,” a source said. “He didn’t look happy about it.” A rep for Carey didn’t return calls.

Mediaoutrage– We don’t know how much truth there is to this report but if it’s true dag Nick. Now from Mariah’s viewpoint you can understand why she might not want Nick out with King of the jump-offs and King of the Young Jawns, but then again he’s a celeb already so he can jump off any chick whenever he chooses. But Nick if it’s true be a man and grow some peanuts. Ladies forget them but what do you think about over bearing wives who try and lock their husbands down like runaway pit bulls????

When racism backfires

Posted by Media Outrage on May 20, 2008

Last week we reported a disturbing happening in Marietta Georgia where Mike Norman who is the owner of a bar called Mulligans (Every black person who has a problem with this obviously racist offensive image should not patronize his bar or any other of his businesses! That is the way you fight back peaceably. You hit a racist in his pockets!) started selling white t-shirts with a “Curious George” look-a-like figure on the front which reads Obama ’08 which immediately drew black protesters who were more than offended. Mike Norman and his racist ass claims that he had no racist intent when he made the shirt, but only thought the image resembled Barack Obama and refused to stop selling the shirt. Well ok in a nice twist for his racist ass read this…..

Via Eurweb:

*The publisher of children’s book series “Curious George” has announced it will consider taking legal action against a Georgia bar owner for selling T-shirts that show the monkey peeling a banana with “Obama in ’08” printed beneath the image.

“Houghton Mifflin Harcourt did not nor would we ever authorize or approve this use of the Curious George character, which we find offensive and utterly out of keeping with the values Curious George represents,” said Richard Blake, the company’s spokesman.

Bar owner Mike Norman, who began selling the shirts in late April, has said he sees nothing racist about the t-shirts. He said he thinks the Illinois senator and the character “look so much alike.”

Bill Nigut, southeast regional director for the Anti-Defamation League, said Norman is being disingenuous.

“He can pretend he doesn’t understand what the message of that T-shirt is, but he knows full well that’s an offensive and demeaning stereotype used to insult African-Americans,” Nigut told the Associated Press.

Mediaoutrage– That’s good sue that racist prick for every cent he owns or has made from those offensive shirts. He can claim all he wants that he doesn’t see any racial undertones in that image and that’s cool just let him say that while he’s homeless.
