Beyonce, Jay-Z, Diddy, and Mary J. Blige were in Philly yesterday conducting a rally to influence the masses to get out and VOTE TODAY! The streets of Philly were lined with fans as they listened to Jay and others speak about the importance of utilizing their voice. Everyone make sure you get out and vote!

Jennifer Hudson says goodbye

Yesterday Jennifer Hudson endured through the service for her slain mother, brother and nephew. Chicago Mayor Richard Daley and Rev. Jesse Jackson both spoke during the service. Fantasia sang “Your Grace and Mercy” for the family. We still can’t imagine the amount of emotional pain that Jennifer Hudson and her family have had to endure. They will remain in our prayers.

A.I. gets traded

Allen Iverson was traded yesterday, from the Denver Nuggets to the Detroit Pistons. The trade sent Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyss to the Nuggets for A.I.. Obama’s Grandmother Passes

On the eve of the Presidential Election, Barack Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Dunham whom he lovingly referred to as “Toot” passed away at the age of 86.

Via Yahoo:

“She’s gone home,” Obama said as tens of thousands of rowdy supporters at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte grew silent in an evening drizzle.

“And she died peacefully in her sleep with my sister at her side. And so there is great joy as well as tears. I’m not going to talk about it too long because it is hard for me to talk about.”

Obama learned of Dunham’s death Monday morning while he was campaigning in Jacksonville, Fla. He went ahead with campaign appearances. The family said a private ceremony would be held later. Read the rest of this entry »

Being that our interview with Ice took place while Hillary Clinton was still a factor he revealed that he actually was supporting her at first, but then after hearing Barack speak, quickly jumped ship. Ice touches on Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Jesse Jackson’s hate, and the possibility of having a black president.
