Rocsi was spotted front row at the Knicks Boston game with none other than Lil’ Penny Hardaway. Remember when those commercials were big? We wonder if Lil’ Penny got in them draws after the game lol. Michelle Williams sang the national anthem. Madison Square Garden regulars Whoopi Goldberg and Spike Lee were at the game.

lisa-raye

This is part 3 of Essence’s interview with Lisa Raye. Lets just jump into it cut out the bull ish….

ESSENCE.COM: We understand that you testified on Friday in the government’s inquiry of your estranged husband, Premier of Turks and Caicos Michael Misick, for governmental corruption. Why are you involved in this case?
LISARAYE McCOY-MISICK:
First off, I am very pleased with my testimony and the evidence that was presented. I feel really good. I’m involved in this 100 percent because I am this man’s wife and still the First Lady of this country. The commission of inquiry realized that after Michael’s testimony, he had [implicated] me in quite a few things. During his testimony, I was writing down a few of the comments he made and taking notes. The entire time I tried my best to keep my facial expressions neutral so that it didn’t’ give away how uncomfortable I was with many of the things he said. I was summoned because the commission wanted to ask me about certain things that they couldn’t get from his team. Read the rest of this entry »

Jennifer Hudson attended rehearsal for the 51st GRAMMY Awards at the Beverly Hilton on Thursday. Word is that J-Hud is extremely focused and ready to get back to work on her career. She did the damn thing at the Super Bowl and really tore it down back in September at Patti LaBelle’s tribute. We wish Jennifer nothing but the best.
