Isaiah Washington is behind in his rent and now facing eviction from his $3.5 million home. Peep game

Former GREY’S ANATOMY star ISAIAH WASHINGTON is reportedly facing legal action and eviction from his Los Angeles home in a row over unpaid rent.
According to TMZ.com the actor’s landlord filed papers on 24 March (09) claiming that Washington is five months behind in rental payments, amounting to a total of $100,000 (£70,000).
Washington and wife Jenisa now face being kicked out of the $3.5 million (£2.3 million) property in Venice, L.A.
No further details were available as WENN went to press.
Mediaoutrage– $100,000 is pretty steep. He better muster something up because this type of thing can take a toll on one’s marriage, just ask Dame.

that is fucking insane, was he not making millions or so, why the hell is he being evicted from anything, he should be owning his home, see if they be smart and stop buying these over priced homes, just to show they got that money and can do that, and buy a nice ass , nice size home , and land, and pay it in full, im saying, at least they wont owe a landlord rent, that is insane to pay that much a month for rent, when your supposedly rich, i dont understand, but maybe he didnt have his money in a lump sum , i dont know what the hell happened, but i wouldnt of did it that way at all

Do these actors/actress/rappers ever SAVE any money or INVEST their money for unforeseen circumstances? Why couldn’t he buy the house outright.
I am sure when he moved in the house he was making big time money why didn’t he just buy it then instead of renting.
The formula is the same whether you are working a 9-5 or making millions. Save and invest. Evidently he was living paycheck to paycheck?

Yvonne, Investing isn’t a smart thing to do, you see these mofos robbing their investors left and right prime example Madoff’s thieving ass… But yeah, making that kind of loot he should’ve owned his ish or do like Yeah I Said It said– just goes to show you cant always keep up with the Jones without other certain consequences happening… If I had all of that, hell the Jones would be looking at me like-how you live like that??? truly 23, nicely said, true story here.. i have a cousin, she one of those types that think she the shit, and high maintenance (so she think) gold digger type, well she on welfare, section 8, and her rent is like 30 dollars a month, so she goes and get a brand new car and was paying the notes with her kids welfare check, that shit didnt work, after a while she couldnt keep that note up on those checks and take care of those 2 kids, it was repossessed, i guess she was trying to eat cavier on a welfare budget, why live beyond your reach if it causes a struggle to you, that is not a smart individual at all.

oh and dont get me wrong, i dont have anything against folks that receive section 8, if its to help them pay their rent for their children, then its all good, i have 3 tenants that rent from me 3,4 bedrooms and they have section 8, they are decent tenants to. very nice people.
