Tiny & Toya Talk Relationships, Bad Boys & Jail House Lovin’

Posted by Media Outrage on March 24, 2010

Tiny and Toya got pretty indepth about their love lives and what it’s like to hold a man down while he’s serving time.  Peep the interview in T minus 5…4…3…2…1

On Love and Relationships…

Honey: What’s your philosophy on love and dating?
Tiny:
One thing I always say for a relationship is that however you start is how you should finish. I hate for a man to start a relationship and things seem so nice and then it gets old and he stops doing all those things. If those are the things that made me fall in love with him, then he needs to do those things periodically in the relationship or the relationship will go stale. I think that really helps you feel wanted when it’s old.
Toya: Just take your time in a relationship.

How soon is too soon to get intimate with a guy?
Toya: When you first meet him like in the first 8 months. I think that’s too soon. Some of them just want to talk to you because of who you know, who you are, what you’re doing so you have to test them out. I want to know if you like me or who I am associated with. You have to feel them out.

Do you go after a guy or do you wait for him to come to you?
Tiny: No, I never go after anybody; it’s just the woman in me. I feel like a woman should be a woman. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t. I’ve just never been the one to look desperate or look thirsty you know? If a man is into you, and you’re into him, you can do little things, little signs. You look hard enough and if you don’t get any response than that’s not for you. But I’m not gonna be like, ‘Oh hey! Hi, how you doing?’ No, that wouldn’t be cool. I will be the one sitting and waiting on you.

Toya: I never really went after a guy. Not that its bad; if you like someone there’s nothing wrong with letting them know you like them. But I never really had to go at a guy or approach a guy like, ‘Oh I’m going to get you.’ Guys have just always spoken to me.

Bad guy or good guy? Who are you more attracted to and why?
Tiny: Honestly I’ve always been into the bad boy – I can’t lie. Something about the bad boy just attracts me, just gets my attention you know? There are some good guys that I can think of now that can be sexy, now that I’m older. But when I was younger, it would always be the bad boy.

Toya: I don’t like a softy softy but I don’t like a thug either. The reason why is because I don’t need any thugs around me. I have a daughter. I need someone who is well-established, not into a lot of BS, and very family-oriented. Someone that is cool and not on no dumb stuff. You can’t just bring everybody around your kids. I’m dating. I need someone I can bring home to my daughter. Not just anybody can come around her.

So you’re dating Toya? Who are you dating right now?
Toya: I am dating. I’m not going to say who I’m dating, though…

    Nice interview.

Interview is kinda decent. And their show wasn’t as bad either, even though I only saw bits and pieces of it. And I agree with Tiny partially, about the bad boys lol. I’m usually attracted to the rough necks (when I was younger of course), but I’ve grown pass that phase. Glad I went through it, so I could move pass it. Nice interview overall.

You know in our field we can’t have a straight out and out thug. Too easy for co-workers to do background checks lol j/p

LOL! You got that right Sapph! I don’t need no hard core thugs accompanying me to events concerning my job. You’ll never live that down in our type of atmosphere. Hells no! LOL.

I do like a little edge, but I like class, proper mannerism etc.. as well.

IKR! I can hear them now… “So Kingston, what ever became of that interesting fellow you brought with you to the dinner a while ago? One of our associates swears he was a client of his back when he handled that frogery case.” lol

But seriously, I need him to be able to escort me to the Governor’s Mansion for The Ball, sit & converse intelligently about current events, all the while rubbing my thighs under the table to let me know it’s going down when we get home! Or in the car if he finds out I’m panty-less lol

      • Kingston said

You crazy!!!! LOL. I feel you tho. He’s gotta be able to keep me interested whether it’s with naughty convo, or convos about current events. LOL.

And you know these nosy co workers will turn into a damn detective in a minute. I need to make sure they know NOTHING about my man prior to meeting him.

I guess I’d have to agree with Toya. I’ve never been into the Metro Sexual types. For the most part, I’ve been interested in refined bad boys. They’ve had some rough patches but changed for one reason or another (i.e. shot, stabbed, threatened with jail etc) so they straightened up and decided to go to college & become professionals. But even with a degree in hand, they still have the potential to “jack smack” lames lol… Sexy!

Tiny might look just like Ms PIGGY but i’d still let her slob the knob

You’d pick Tiny? okay you just lost me. Her skin looks like mashed potatoes lol. Toya is cute to me. & as for the show, I wasn’t a faithful watcher. As I said yesterday, & as it seems to be the word for today as well, too much coonery lol

      • mAc said

Oh hell naw! I’d pick TOYA with the quickness but Tiny could still slob the knob while Toya was taking her jeans off.

I know. I am a huge Robin Thicke fan and when I found out he loves his weed, plays bball and can actually rap a little, my interests went up. He was rolling a blunt at his album release party. Stupid I know but I love those undercover bad boys even if they are white. A gentleman when he needs to be and a freak when necessary.
