Yesterday the jury found Isiah Thomas guilty of Sexual Harrasment. Today the jury awarded Anucha Browne Sanders even more than she had originally wanted from The Knicks $11.5 million! She originally wanted $10million to resolve this case but the Knicks organization said (Heck No! let’s take this to trial she wont get a dime!) no. Well looks like they weren’t listening to Dionne Warick’s psychic channel.
“Honestly, my head never left basketball. This is what I’ve done. This is what I do and this is what I think about the majority of the time,” Thomas said after the Knicks’ second day of training camp.
Thomas said a day after the verdict that he wasn’t worried about losing his job and didn’t even talk with the team about the trial before practice.
We know what Isiah and the gang at Madison Square Garden were thinking after loosing this case (Damn get Ms. Lewinsky on the phone and see if she wants to take a position here. Tell her not to worry about not having experience…she already has the kind of experience that we’re looking for…cause this bull ish will never happen again…where’s all these female rap groupies when you need them???)

A jury ruled Tuesday that New York Knicks coach Isiah Thomas sexually harassed a former top team executive, subjecting her to unwanted advances and a barrage of verbal insults, but also ruled he does not have to pay punitive damages.
After an ugly, three-week trial, the ruling gives Thomas a partial victory in the $10 million lawsuit filed by Anucha Browne Sanders.
The jury did find that Madison Square Garden committed harassment against the woman, and ruled that she is entitled to punitive damages from MSG.
Browne Sanders, fired from her $260,000 a year job in 2006, sued Thomas and Madison Square Garden. Her case presented the Garden as “Animal House” in sneakers, a place where nepotism, sexism, crude remarks and crass language were part of the culture.
The case, from its inception, proved a public relations disaster for the Knicks and the Garden, with intense coverage of the three-week trial focusing on its tawdriest aspects — star guard Stephon Marbury having sex with an intern outside a strip club, raunchy come-ons from a Marbury cousin to his Garden co-workers, Thomas’ videotaped remarks about the racial dynamics of calling a woman “a bitch.” Does Benzino sit on the board of the Knicks??? Because this sounds like MSG is a regular Source Magazine atmosphere! To see what we mean click Right Here
