Condoleeza Rice signs with William Morris Agency

Condoleeza Rice is focused on life after George Dubya. The former Secretary of State has signed with talent agency William Morris to represent her in future business endeavors. Get it Condi.

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has made a key step in her post-Bush administration career: The William Morris Agency announced Wednesday that it has signed her as a client.

The former professor and Stanford University provost has been in the Bush administration since its beginning, first as national security adviser and then as secretary of state. Her appointment ended Tuesday afternoon, after Barack Obama was sworn in as president.

Although most other members of the Bush administration, save Karl Rove, might have trouble finding such a wide-ranging deal, Rice found a strong market among talent agencies. Read the rest of this entry »

Getting Broke Off Proper

Despite the fact that Condoleeza Rice is a member of one of the most crooked White House cabinets ever, she is still being broke off proper by some leaders in the Middle East who would probably like to piss down her boss’ throat. We guess being a thief attracts the benevolence of others. SMH. Nothing wrong with f*cking up the entire nation’s economy while sneaking out the White House with a nice nest egg for yourself, right? Of course not, this is America!

President George W. Bush‘s foreign policies may be unpopular in the Middle East, but Arab leaders showered his top diplomat with jewelry worth far more than a quarter of a million dollars last year. While Bush himself didn’t fare nearly as well, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice raked in at least $316,000 in gem-encrusted baubles from the kings of Jordan and Saudi Arabia alone, making her one of top recipients among U.S. officials of gifts from foreign heads of state and government and their aides in 2007.

In January, Jordan’s King Abdullah II gave Rice an emerald and diamond necklace, ring, bracelet and earrings estimated to be worth $147,000, according to the State Department’s annual inventory of such items released Monday just in time for Christmas. Read the rest of this entry »
