With racial relations in the United States being a hot debate in the media as of late, we decided to formulate that as our question of the day.  Everyone by now, is aware of the incident that took place with Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates, where he was arrested in his own home by the Cambridge Police.  Many have expressed their ire and labeled the situation as “racial profiling.” 

Now that we are 146 years removed since the abolishment of Slavery in the United States and almost 40 years from the “Jim Crow” era, how do you view race relations in the U.S.?
