OJ Simpson says that an ambitious Nevada prosecutor is pressing a kidnapping and armed robbery case against him that he says even the alleged victims don’t want to pursue.

“If I was anybody else, I wouldn’t be going to court,” Simpson told a reporter for Fargo, N.D., radio station KFGO who interviewed him late Tuesday at a Fargo cigar bar.

“How many trials have you ever heard of where both of the victims say they don’t want this guy to go to jail, they don’t want to go to court, and you still go to court?” Simpson asked. “It’s only me.

“But unfortunately for me,” Simpson said, “I got like a bull’s eye on my front, dollar sign on my back, you get involved with people who want to be governor and stuff.”

Mediaoutrage– It might not be too smart to start insulting members of the justice system before this ish plays out Orenthal. SMH.

Ridin dirty

Dr. Jan Adams the man who operated on Kanye’s mom before her death was arrested for suspected DUI.

Dr. Jan Adams — real name January Adams — the doctor who operated on Kanye West’s mom just before she died, was arrested around 2:45 AM this morning on suspicion of drunk driving.

According to the CHP, officers saw Adams’ 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 680 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif., just about a half hour from Oakland. After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license.

This is Adams’ third DUI arrest since 2003.

He’s currently in the Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

Mediaoutrage– Not only that Dr. Jan’s medical license has been suspended for failure to pay child support.

Beyonce and Idris share a kiss

Beyonce and Idris Elba were on set yesterday filming scenes for their up coming movie Obsessed. Things got nice and steamy as they shared a kiss during one scene. The movie already has our curiosity piqued. The Simmons have had their day in court and child support has been granted at $20,000 a month for each daughter.

Each of the hip-hop mogul’s two girls with estranged wife Kimora Lee is set to receive $20,000 a month in child support, according to documents obtained Wednesday by TMZ.com. That’s a total of $480,000 each year for kids who already live in a palatial $24 million estate in Saddle River, N.J. Their mom, a former model, is CEO of the Baby Phat fashion house.

The agreement, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, shows that until 2019, Russell Simmons will continue payments for Ming Lee, now 8, and, until 2022, for Aoki, now 5.

Kimora Lee, 33, filed for divorce in March after nine years of marriage. She’s asking for primary custody of the girls and that Russell, 50, be granted “reasonable child visitation … accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.”

And we still say after all of this, Karma still might not be done with this cat.

Actress Kym Whitley was spotted at the Interscope Geffen party at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills after the BET Awards looking very bosomy. That’s definitely great advertisement for Barack, because everyone and they momma was probably staring and reading that thing a million times over, as if the letters were the missing code to some genetic experiment.
